  Judy and I would like to express our appreciation for the fine job and professionalism exhibited during our kitchen renovation by everyone at Kitchen Masters. It is rare today that a business fully delivers as promised.

From our first encounter to the very end of the job Tim had a sense of humor that kept us on an even keel. He also had a keen eye for detail and an uncanny ability to match his products with a design that met our needs.

Rich was very precise in his measurements and provided input that would not have occurred to us. He was careful to make notations regarding our preference that were later implemented perfectly.

The demolition of our old kitchen by Ray and Joe was done without any damage to our walls and requests we made. (relocating old cabinets and refrigerator) were effectuated in a willing and cordial manner.

Eric and Chris were master installers of the cabinets. They paid enormous attention to the "fit and finish" of their work. They were true perfectionists and gentlemen in their demeanor.

Kudos also go to the support staff. Jen was always responsive to telephone calls made by us and showed an in dept knowledge of the work being performed in our kitchen. Both Lauras were also attentive to questions and concerns.

Again we wish to thank you for making a difficult project go smoother than we could expected. The finished product is extraordinary! We certainly will not hesitate to make referrals to Kitchen Maters.

After calling a number of contractors and not having our calls returned or having appointments cancelled, we decided to go with Kitchen Masters because Brian returned our phone calls and kept his appointments.   We have a fairly small kitchen and your design used every bit of space that we have, both efficiently and effectively. We love the high quality of the cabinets and the rich look of the Silestone countertops. We wouldn't change a thing. Your demo guys and installers were wonderful and very neat.
